Concrete Hollow Core Slab Machine Working Principle:

The machine works on the concrete flat platform powered by the motor. The incompact materials are pushed into the forming place by the speed reducing convening and the slider’s repeatedly moving on straight, then the materials push each other to air out.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly plastify the concrete. At the same time, the reaction of pushing materials by slider will move the whole machine go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming during the process behind the machine. After maintenance of a few days, it can be cut in to concrete slabs.
