As the development of plastic industry and the improvement of people’s environmental awareness, it is urgent needed to recycle the wasted plastic. Our PET recycling line （sheet grade）is used to crush, separate and wash the waste plastic, which solves the problem of dealing waste plastic.


The PET recycling line has the following functions:

  • Bale breaking : breaking the baled bottles into single bottle.

  • Trommel screening: removing mostly sand/earth/glass contaminants

  • Label removing: removing 80-90% label

  • Sorting: sorting out the non-PET bottles

  • Grinding: grinding PET bottles into flakes.

  • Flakes Washing: washing the crushed PET flakes

  • Separating: separating caps automatically

  • Hot washing: removing the oil and glue

  • Dewatering: dewatering the washed PET flakes

  • Auto-bagging: bagging the end flakes
