1.ASTM A192 Boiler Tubes for high pressure service:

  UNION VICTORY export ASTM A192 Boiler tube/high pressure ASME SA192 seamless boiler tubes to all over the world with rich experience.

-Certificates: 

  Boiler tube & pipe have passed the TUV certification and PED certification.

-Production Range: 

  Including thin-wall steel tube, seamless carbon steel boiler and superheated tubes for high-pressure service, such as economizer tube, water wall tube. (Working pressure does not exceed 9.8Mpa and the working temperature between 450 ℃ -650 ℃) heating surface tubes, header, economizer, , reheater. (P <9.8MPa, 450 ℃).                                           

-Specification:

  Out Diameter: 1/2 inch - 7 inch (12.7mm - 177.8mm);

  Wall Thickness: 0.085 inch – 1.000 inch (2.2mm – 25.4mm);

  Length: 6-24m;

  Type: Straight Tube, U-Bend Tube.

  Tubes having other dimensions may be furnished, provided such tubes comply with all other requirements of this specification.
